The 2025 Fairhope Mardi Gras season kicks off with its annual dog parade themed, “The Real House Dogs of the Eastern Shore.” Proceeds benefit, The Haven, Fairhope’s no-kill animal shelter.
The Knights of Ecor Rouge (KOER) Mardi Gras parade is the first official parade of the season. The men’s parade begins at 6:30pm, but guests will need to arrive much earlier to find parking and good spot to stand.
The Maids of Jubilee began in 1984 as the first female Mardi Gras association on the Eastern Shore. Their Mardi Gras parade begins at 6:45pm, but guests should plan to arrive early.
