Established in 2010, Refuge Coffee is known for their delicious roasts and laidback atmosphere. Working with fair trade certified green coffee suppliers from Africa, Central America, and South America, the company strives to bring you the best roast. 

Coffee can be enjoyed black, long black, espresso, drip, and americano. Pour over and cold brews are also available. 

Along with traditional coffee, the menu includes macchiatos, cappuccinos, and lattes. Along with their signature latte, guests can choose from mocha, vanilla, or lavender. These can be purchased hot or iced.

If wanting to bring a favorite roast home, coffee can be purchased by the bag in-store or online. T-shirts and other Refuge Coffee merchandise are also available. 

There are two locations in Fairhope, making it easy to grab and go or stay awhile. The Bancroft location is in downtown Fairhope across from the Coastal Alabama Community College. The other location is off of South Greeno Road (Highway 98) and contains the roastery.

Fairhoper’s Favorite – A slightly sweet latte with local honey and cinnamon, we think the Signature Latte is the way to go if you are a latte lover like we are!

Refuge Coffee is located at 4 South Bancroft Street in downtown Fairhope, Alabama. Street parking is available on a first come first serve basis. Parking on Bancroft Street, Fairhope Avenue, Section Street, or School Street would be an easy walk to Refuge Coffee.

A public parking garage is conveniently located on North Church Street behind the Hampton Inn. There is also a public parking lot just north of the Fairhoper’s Community Park on South Church Street, a small parking lot behind Julwin’s Restaurant on Bancroft Street, and another parking area just north of the Fairhope Public Library on Bancroft Street.
