ellenJAY is a boutique bakery specializing in beautifully designed cookies, traditional cookies, tea cake cookies, and “sammies.” Cookies are individually wrapped and can be purchased in singles, half-dozen, or dozen counts.
Colorful hand-piped sugar cookies are available daily in a variety of seasonal styles. Vanilla and lemon tea cake cookies as well as jumbo soft and chewy cookies are also available. A fun twist to a sandwich cookie, sammies come in your choice of buttercream or ice cream.
Buttercream sammies are available in an assortment of flavors including funfetti, chocolate chip vanilla, double chocolate cookie dough, peanut butter, double chocolate cookies and cream, and chocolate chip chocolate.
Ice cream sammies come in your choice of chocolate chip vanilla, chocolate chip cookie monster, funfetti birthday cake, double chocolate cookies n’ cream, and double chocolate mint chip.

ellenJAY is located inside The Mill entertainment and restaurant venue at 85 North Bancroft Street, on the corner of Equality Street and Bancroft Street in downtown Fairhope, Alabama. Street parking is available on a first come first serve basis. Parking on North Bancroft Street, Equality Street, or Magnolia Avenue are the most convenient spots if walking to ellenJAY.
A public parking garage is conveniently located on North Church Street behind the Hampton Inn. There is also a public parking lot just north of the Fairhoper’s Community Park on South Church Street, a small parking lot behind Julwin’s Restaurant on Bancroft Street, and another parking area just north of the Fairhope Public Library on Bancroft Street.
