The Threaded Oyster is downtown Fairhope’s original permanent jewelry store. You might be wondering, what exactly is permanent jewelry? Instead of a clasp, permanent jewelry is measured and customized to fit the individual and then welded together. Individuals can select either a bracelet or necklace. Offering sterling silver and gold filled jewelry, these pieces are made to last.
Along with permanent jewelry, The Threaded Oyster also carries rings, bangles, earrings, and other jewelry pieces. Ear lobe piercing is also available by appointment.
In the shop, guests will also find clothing by Smocks Studio, hats from the Gypsea Hat Bar, and spray tanning from Natural Glow Co.
The Threaded Oyster is located at 108 North Section Street in the back of the Section Place shopping and restaurant area in downtown Fairhope, Alabama.
Street parking is available on a first come first serve basis. Parking on North Section Street, North Bancroft Street, Equality Street, or Pine Street are the most convenient spots if walking to The Threaded Oyster. There is a public parking area behind the Fairhope Public Library as well as Julian’s restaurant. Parking is also available at the public parking garage located on North Church Street behind the Hampton Inn.
