Offering a delicious and nutritious selection of exotic fruit bowls and smoothies, Soul Bowlz in downtown Fairhope, Alabama is an excellent spot for a healthy breakfast, lunch, or snack. Made with a base of super fruits including acai, pitaya, acerola, or graviola and topped with hemp seed granola, berries and other fruits, and local honey, these colorful bowls are filled with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals to keep you full and energized throughout the day.

Make it your own with one of the many add-ons and extras available including chia seeds, flax seeds, bee pollen, almond slices, mini chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, coconut shreds, granola, honey, pineapple, kiwi, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, banana, peanut butter, spinach, nutella, gogi berries, cocoa nibs, almond butter, or protein powder.  

Specialty smoothies begin the same way as the bowls, with a base of super fruits and variety of fruits and veggies. Then it is blended together with either coconut milk, pineapple juice, mango juice, or apple juice into a sweet and smooth drink that is hearty enough as a meal replacement. Simpler smoothies are also available including the popular Sublime with strawberry, banana, blueberry, and apple juice. Increase your protein with the addition of Greek yogurt or protein powder, upon request. 

For a simpler option, try the Greek yogurt parfait complete with vanilla yogurt, hemp granola, choice of two fruits, and topped with honey. Fruit cups are also available for a quick and healthy snack. 

Fairhoper’s Favorite – There has not been a bowl that we have not enjoyed and we have tried a lot, but we always seem to gravitate back to the acai bowls, specifically the Mind. Filled with an acai blend and topped with hemp granola, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, almond slices, and honey, it has a delightful texture and is refreshing on a warm day – which we have a lot of in the south! 

Soul Bowlz is located at 68 North Bancroft Street, on the corner of Equality Street and Bancroft Street in downtown Fairhope, Alabama. The main entrance is located on Bancroft Street and faces The Mill entertainment and restaurant venue.   

Street parking is available on a first come first serve basis. Parking on North Bancroft Street, Equality Street, or Magnolia Avenue are the most convenient spots if walking to Soul Bowlz. Two public parking lots are available on North Bancroft Street. The first parking lot is just north of the Fairhope Public Library. The other parking lot is adjacent to the Fairhope Museum of History behind Julwin’s restaurant. Both are free to the public and available on a first come first serve basis.
