Fairhope, Alabama 36532
The North Beach Park in Fairhope is home to a paved walking trail, white sandy beach with exceptional views of Mobile Bay, pier, and duck pond. The Beach Park Tree Trail has almost 500 species of trees including the Alabama State Champion Swamp Tuplelo and Hazel Adler. With its many scenic elements, the North Beach Park is a popular backdrop for many local photographers. Leashed dogs are permitted at the park.
While the North Beach Park is home to many ducks and geese who wander freely, residents and visitors are encouraged not to feed the ducks or other animals you might encounter at the park.
Children will enjoy the playground equipment including swings, merry-go-round, and diggers for the beach. A covered pavilion makes a superb spot for picnics and picnic benches can be found throughout the park. Grab a spot under the shade of a magnificent oak tree and enjoy the beauty of Mobile Bay.
Adjacent to the Fairhope Municipal Pier, the North Beach Park is located on the north side of the fountain and rose garden. Public parking is available inside the park. Non-residents are charged park admission during summer months.
The Fairhope Beach Pavilion can be used for parties, family reunions, memorial services, weddings, and festivals. If you are interested in renting the pavilion for your event, please click here.
