Kind Café is a coffee and tea shop in downtown Fairhope known for its mission of kindness and made from scratch NY style bagels. The café offers traditional coffee offerings as well as seasonal specialty lattes and brews. Teas vary from black, green, herbal, and chai. 

There is a vast selection of bagels to choose from and can be ordered individually or in bulk by the half dozen or dozen. Bagels are available in plain, blueberry, egg, pumpernickel, sesame, everything, French toast, cinnamon raisin, and asiago. Spreads include a plain cream cheese, lox, sundried tomato, cookies and cream, honey cinnamon, and mixed berry.

For a hearty breakfast option, there are four bagel sandwiches to choose from including the Bill-E’s Bacon, The Lox Bagel Sandwich, The Fruit and Nut, and The Avocado Cream Cheese Bagel.

Through the Kind Café website or the Toast Takeout App, patrons can order online for in-store pickup. 

Kind Café merchandise is available in-store including t-shirts, hats, coffee cups, and travel mugs. As a way to spread kindness through the community, 1% of all merchandise sales benefits a local non-profit. Non-profit merchandise from other local companies can also be purchased in-store or online.

Kind Café is located at 108 North Section Street, Unit A4, in the back of the Section Place shopping and restaurant area in downtown Fairhope, Alabama.  

Street parking is available on a first come first serve basis. Parking on North Section Street, North Bancroft Street, Equality Street, or Pine Street are the most convenient spots if walking to Kind Café. There is a public parking area behind the Fairhope Public Library as well as Julian’s restaurant. Parking is also available at the public parking garage located on North Church Street behind the Hampton Inn.
